I switched to Pearson & Associates from another firm and all I can say is, wow! For starters, they answer the phone, respond to emails, and are available to talk to if you have questions or concerns. They take the time to get to know you. When you call they know who you are and your situation. You never have to follow up with them, if they say they are going to do something they do it, and quickly. They are excellent with Quickbooks and very helpful, Tracy took the time to sit down with me and answer any questions I had with it, and she did not rush through it, she made sure I understood everything. Amy, the office manager is excellent as well, very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. The pricing is excellent as well. Tracy and the whole staff are always very polite and pleasant to speak with. I cannot say enough good about this firm, very happy I found them!
