We have used Matt multiple times, from purchasing our first home, to refinancing, and purchasing another home. Each time Matt was extremely knowledgeable on every topic and could answer every question we had. I found the home buying process to be extremely daunting, and was nervous. Matt made me feel more comfortable, and was readily available and eager to answer all my questions! He was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance.

Matthew at PeakView Mortgage, Inc. was recommended to me by a family member when we began house hunting in Colorado. I reached out via email a few months before starting our search and was contacted immediately. He was personable and quickly asked the important questions to help us determine what price range might make sense as well as what loan types we might consider. With such limited housing inventory and a contingency of selling our current home, we decided to rent for a year and then look for the perfect house once in our new city. When "the one" was listed, I was able to reach back out to Matt, update our information, and get a pre-approval before I could get a showing scheduled. Once under contract, he provided us a detailed list of documents we'd need to upload, some Do's & Don'ts to eliminate any confusion, and clear and prompt communication every step of the way. Our real estate agent was so impressed by his efficiency and effectiveness and repeatedly voiced how pleasant he was to work with! Many aspects of home-buying were particularly stressful this go-round, but the financing was the easy part, thanks to Matt. We were cleared to close early, and he showed up at closing even though it was nearly a two-hour drive for him. I hope the new house is our "forever home," but if it's not, Matt will be our guy.
