Darla from Peak Settlement was so responsive to my questions and made the closing on our new home flawless. It's difficult to purchase a home from a distance,especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, as we just did but Peak Settlement made it all so much easier than we expected! Thank You!

My fiancé and I just purchased our first house. Of course we heard the horror stories, from our friends who have bought houses, that the closing is "horrible" and "so time consuming", basically that it's a miserable process. My fiancé and I could not disagree more. The closing was truly a breeze. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes the process actually enjoyable. Unfortunately, we'll eventually outgrow this home, but when we're ready to buy another, we will most definitely be going through Peak Settlement again! Thanks to everyone at Peak for making this such an enjoyable experience!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When we closed on our home we had to place money in escrow to redo the sewer system which was required for the borough. Upon completion of the the construction, I notified Darla not to issue a check to the contractor as the work was not completed. We had 6 inches of water free flowing through the entire basement and the borough itself stating that the contractor made several errors. Darla then took it upon herself and told me that the real estate agent told her it was ok to release the check and that the work was complete. I will never use this company again and will be contacting the better business as the work is still not complete and they helped the contractor run off with my money and left me with a mess.

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks trying to close on a house. They took my name and number 3 times and nobody called me back.

Very efficient and made the experience of closing so easy.
