With all things pandemic related, I was so thankful to have miss Shannon to work with. My husband and I had both got covid and were unable to work and weren’t able to get paid. Thankfully I have funds that I was to pull from with Peachtree’s help. I worked with Shannon and she was just absolutely amazing! Very informative, helpful and wanted to make sure I got everything I was needing in a timely manner. But it wasn’t just a one and done transaction. She has constantly kept in touch and has also made sure that I have been getting these little gifts they send out as a thank you for using their services. If ever I’m in a crunch and need to withdraw funds again I will definitely be talking with Shannon. If you want someone who actually cares about you as a customer, she’s your girl!

She proactively let me know what was going on with my case and she was always there to answer any questions I had even if I was asking them for the second or third time. If she wasn’t available the second I called someone always answered the phone, got her the message and she got back to me very quickly. Great service and great experience overall!

I have been in communication with Peachtree for months regarding this most recent transaction, and I only needed the $800 advance for my student housing and now it's Saturday and my tuition is due Monday I'm literally not going to be able to stay at school due to the oversight of Peachtree and it's employees I feel the conduct of this company is far from professional and I will not be going through with this transaction for this reason.

I have been working with Chris for quite some time. I do not think that I would call Peach Tree looking to get assistance but instead, I made a friend. Chris has been very nice, respectful, informative, and informational! I have told Chris multiple times that I have had worries about or doubts about something and he made sure to explain how the process works and why or why not something would happen off of experiences that he has seen with working customers and not just imaginary scenarios that he has come up with to try to persuade somebody. The one thing that I told Chris before we started my journey with Peach Tree is that I was already in disappointment after JG Wentworth did not want to work with me because they pretty much told me that they would not be making enough money off me. Chris understood that, he said he would try his best to help me in my situation. Every time Chris gives me a call I feel like a friend is calling me with the information I have been wanting. I sold quite a few annuity payments to Peachtree. After contacting all of the big names in that industry, they got me the best deal. I dealt with Chris Y. While I was trying to make this sale, I was dealing with a lot of tough things in my life at the time and every time I talked to Chris he was very professional, yet he would check on me and make sure I was doing okay. Which was more than any of the other companies did, who were only interested in the money. It meant a lot to me, and he made the process very easy, and answered every question I had.
