Peach State Federal Credit Union Panola Industrial Blvd, Decatur

The worst experience in banking I have ever had. Moved my banking relationship over and then had to get my mortgage, my car loan, business loan, credit card and line of credit elsewhere because they could not do it. Not sure if they are even in the business of lending or helping their customers but will collect fees for everything. Have paid more fees with this credit union than any other bank in my life. Wish I could give zero stars for their bait and switch marketing that leads you to joining. Save your money and time and stick with real banks.

I gave this credit union 1 star, because of the poor customer service I’ve experienced the FIRST time I’ve came here. One teller who was an older lady with short hair was very rude!! My debit card had fraudulent activity, so I went to Peach State Federal because they are a shared branch with my other credit union. I was telling her about the fraudulent activity and the reason I was there... she then immediately CUT ME OFF, and said “You don’t have to say all of that.. I’ll send you the papers.” That really disturbed me and I did NOT want to return. I eventually had to return today to access my funds. The new teller who was a younger lady, was very fun and inviting!!! Thanks to her, I might return.

This is one of the most peaceful and loving atmosphere to enter for withdrawal are Deposit and etc. The tellers are fast and kind and knows what is expected of them to serve others.

This is the worst thing I ever bank I’ve been asked to speak to a supervisor over 3 day A go left left a message and no one returned my phone call they charge me six return check fee and three of them was the same as I am I am trying to be cool for my account I asked you can I speak with somebody about it and no one returned my phone And stillhaven’t heard from anyone

Friendly staff, great service with no long lines on the inside or drive-thru. This is a CO-OP branch and I get the same great service as if I was a member. A hidden treasure in the Lithonia/Panola Road area.

I need to come today to attend to business, This Panola branch is closest to me. But on three occasions I had bad experiences with the same teller the older lady( brown skinned) has a very ugly demeanor. ( even in the pandemic) My inside visit was great! But I have two small boys with me. So I go out of my way, to the Gwinnett branch.because I’ve always had nothing but pleasant visits with the others locations. Wish I was sure not to deal with her because there’s only 4 miles to the Panola exit for me. But she came to mind first and it makes it not worth coming to that one.

Came in to inquiry about a auto loan. Entire experience was horrible. Before speaking with an loan officer, the teller calls me to the window to ask me where I work at? Do I have money to open account? As if I wasn’t already privy to requirements needed to join credit union. Waited to speak with loan officer only to be told she can’t help me because I don’t have two most recent pay stubs(i had a years worth of pay stubs, i was just missing that ONE). Just felt rushed out, the moment I came in. Will not return.

I am not a member of Peach State but my credit union is so far away that I use Peach. I have been using them for several years.

I came from Florida so is my bank I looked online came across this bank walked right in and was able to get my money right away friendly staff and able to help with little or nothing thank you 🙏🏾

The tellers are nasty, they treat you like you are in prison. I'll go 10 miles out my way to avoid this credit union.
