In a decade of banking here, I've never received anything but excellent, personable service. Errors have been made, but no more than any other institution that I've ever dealt with, and those were handled promptly and professionally once they were discovered. For personal banking and loans, they can't be beat.

Very unprofessional, they never take responsibility for their errors, front end manager with long black hair is very unprofessional and does not mind being rude to customers. She went as far as stating that she was only "rude" with me typically not with other customers. How they are still in business with this level of unprofesionalism I'll never understand. It does no good to go above the manager as they are all the same. The customer is always wrong regardless of proof of it being them.

Better watch out because I'm cookoo for coa with puffs
