Payvant Capital has contacted me multiple times through the use of robo-dialing technology for the purposes of soliciting business without prior consent or an existing business relationship. My cell phone number has been on the DNC since June 25th 2009. This is illegal and a willful violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act punishable by a penalty of $500 per violation and subject to triple damages if deemed willful. I have reached out via email and phone to speak with the company President with no reply. I have requested a copy of their DNC policy as well as information on how they handle scrubbing phone numbers against the DNC prior to solicitation.
