    By far the worst customer service in have ever received in my life. I'm in the same field. The way they treat customers, the way they don't acknowledge a resolution that could be implemented to better serve my need is appalling. I actually filed a complaint with corporate today due to the lack of communication and service received. I will never go there again. I feel bad for management, obviously they are not training their employees the right way.

    Young black lady with dredds a silver bands in their hair very nasty woman not a people person she needs to get another job very mean to the customers and clients. Only payomatic I've ever seen was very nasty people in there. Person running the place is not doing his job obviously ask her to give me $2, 000 in 20s she said she had to work today she wasn't going to do it and I said well any other person could get into the Vault to get more money she says she couldn't do it which I know is a lie because anyother time any other payomatic I seen them open the vaults when they needed money. This lady is very mean and again she is not a people person she needs to get another job somewhere where she could be mean and happy at it

    Horrible customer service 8/29/19. Put money on two separate phones. Young lady put wrong digit on one and I lost my $$. She told me it was my fault and she could do nothing to reimburse my $$. Was never apologetic or said sorry for the inconvenience.
