The worst check cashing place I’ve ever been to. They behave as if they doing you a favor. If there was a choice of negative 100 I would give to them especially the Guyanese Lady who call her self manger she’s A disgrace to the business

Very slow only one person workn they need more staff and I've really never had problems wit any pay o matic my Aunt is a supervisor for 4 different locations this is the only one that I have had this reoccurring problem

My profession is customer service, I get people can be frustrating, to encounter the atrocious behavior I endured was sad. The cashier complained the whole time I was there that she'd rather be at home and how she hates her job. I had to wait for a check verification even though I am in the system however when the cashier couldn't verify it because the company was closed for the day, Her tone of voice changed. She became hostile and nasty towards me with her tone and demeanor. The service in here has been disappointing since the pandemic. The young girls they have hired are rude when the manager isn't present.

Everytime i go to pick up western union your machines are never working I'm always told to come back later that is really horrible you advertise that you have 24-hour Western Union and in times of emergency that I need to use it I could never use it but everywhere else working

Very nice and very hard working fast
