    Rude rep refused to cash an obviously genuine postal money order, made out to the exact details on my valid NYS drivers license. You’d think someone who sees money orders all day would know a real one when they saw it. At least be nice about it, people are strapped these days. She made me and everyone in line wait inordinately long too. I don’t think I ever wrote a review on here, but here’s my vote. Go elsewhere, not worth the trouble.

    Came on Saturday at 6pm and the doors are closed meanwhile it says online and at the location on the doors they operate till 7pm. When I called to speak to someone at the location the young lady picked up and said sorry we closed BYE - I’m furious cause I rushed here driving to make it in time. Disgusting

    Service in this Pay-O-Matic is very bad .They are very slow and couple time they try over charge me and never give me receve .Always the person is a sleep. Be carefully on your MONEY …..

    They don’t cash checks. They just take your informations and don’t do nothing that you expect them to do. Useless and scary place.

    Terrible customer service, i don't know who hires such a dumb persons, wanted to send money the guy gave me really hard time even tho it's 30 second process. Instead of asking me if i want to send immediately or in 48 hours he decided for me it's immediate and chargen me almost $40 to send a money when i usually send it for $20
