PAYOMATIC St Johns Pl, Brooklyn

They always give the worst service. Always. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times. I called and asked if they were accepting con ed payments. They said yes so I responded with I'm coming now. 5 mins later she screaming with a nasty attitude talking about wasn't me come back after 1215. Like what? You're closed from 1130pm for almost an hour without warning and you advertise 24hrs? So many lives delayed until they finish being ratchet & cracking jokes in the back smh disgusting. Not my first time attempting to pay this bill here either smh Are they gonna use all that time to clean this hot mess? They should use it to look for new jobs.

On June 6 paid my light bill at this check cashing store I pay for same day payment. Here it is 10 whole days later And my bill was never paid. I go back to the same payomatic. I get my money back & I pay my bill...Again. I asked for same day payment.....Again. I was told that the money won't be received until Monday. Today is friday😠. So basically they're telling me, they robbed me with no gun.

Been going there for many many years but recently not my favorite place .cashiers are very much unprofessional and rude Brooklyn could produce. but one thing I can tell you They lose a loyal customer because never have to worry about me again with their ratchet gettho self n cheap ass hair

The Pay-O-Mati at this location is the worst in the area the young lady's that works at this location in Saint John and Utica Avenue they are both very disrespectful They have no respect for there customers they curse you out just because they think they can do so and they have no a serious lack and no experience whatsoever in customer

24 hours. Whats not to like. I go here every month to pay my rent.

I went to go pick up cash and they told me that they ran out of receive cash forms. They're open 24 hours and 7 days a week, why isn't this business prepared to give a full service to their customers? Especially around a time like this when it's the holidays they should have more then enough send and receive cash forms.

They said if I sent money western union I would get $5 credited to my in power card lady behind counter didn't help at all said code didn't work smh

Payomatic Check Cashing Place located at 1441 St. John Places between Utica Ave and Rochester Ave. Closer to Utica Ave. This location can get real crowded on the first of the month. A 5 block radius people doing business and paying bills, cashkmg checks, buying money order 4-5 Windows to handle you business transactions

It's OK it's not perfect but it's OK I'm so far the women that be at that window is not disrespectful
