    In all my 23 years of living, I have not experienced rude and unprofessional customer service -- until now. Whoever (did not get her name, lucky for her) was working today 6/26/2021 at 9am, decided to shout and rudely scream right to my face because I just so happened to miss her sign to open the door to go in. While I was explaining to her that I did not have my phone at the time to know the exact time, she decided to double down and shout even louder. I will not be returning here. Learn how to pick your employees, or at the very least, teach them great customer service skills, or good manners. If I could rate this lower than 1, I would.

    This location should be closed most of the workers are very rude the should be fired especially the lady that worked there on June 30th 2021 she doesn't no how to talk to customers everytime I go there the treat me bad am not going the no more

    I went to this place to do a shipment, and it was a lousy service. The cashier was very rude, and she treated a senior man who was at there very badly.

    I went and the lady was on the phone talking to her son school and trying to help me at the same time. As a result she gave me back 2 dollars instead of 7.50. She then corrected the mistake after I told her I handed her 20 dollars.they shouldn’t be on the phone while at work dealing with money. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

    I went here at around 9:40 in the morning and there was a really nice cashier at the front. Since it was my first time going there he had to create a profile for me. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, a very well mannered person. I was the only person there so it was a fast cashed check.

    Moron worker told me I needed an ID for something that I did at that same exact place and at other payomatics without ID. She was also rude to me and other customers
