I ask allot from our insurance rep, James C. Professionalism, experience, knowledge and attentive service. I look for them to reassess each year at renewal and provide detailed options. I look forward to guidance along with history and future outlook information for the insurer options. James has never disappointed. There are different departments and contacts for various services and yet I can direct all types of inquiries to the one point of contact that we began with, James, and trust that he will follow through to be sure any and all sources of business on our behalf are handled appropriately and quickly. That said we also have great regard for Cara L. and now Peter H. along with other associates in the other departments we have expanded our business with. Having been in business over 30 years we have experience with a number of previous insurance reps. None have represented themselves as well as those at Paynewest. It seems customer service and knowledge of their job is definitely the priority.

Jon Mitchell did a great job replacing my insurances for home and auto. Spent the time to understand my unique insurance need for an older fixer upper home and got me several quotes that were hundreds lower than my previous plan. Thanks!

Personal service is great, but in these times of idiotic inflation keeping down consumer costs should take the front seat to pushing stupid commercials. My last Insurance police is plastering ads all over the media ... and raising rates for no reason except to profit. Good drivers should compare costs every renewal time.

PayneWest has done a wonderful job over many years with several different agents keeping Capstone insured in unusual circumstances in traveling from Idaho, to and in Tijuana, Mexico. We have had nothing but professional and very helpful service in meeting our needs, always in a timely manner to keep our insurance in force. Capstone is going out of business in 2022, and we will no longer need insurance. Thanks for the good years.
