What the hell you have a kitten stuck in a storage building in 104 temps and inside that likely 130 and your workers do not care... Really..... Heartless much....

This place is awesome. Chrissy is the greatest everyday! I have had my loans with Payment 1 for years and they are always so helpful . I have called other loans and they put me on hold waiting but with Chrissy and her staff they will help me right away and if they can’t they will call me as soon as they are able to and they follow up as they promised. Thank u girls for being outstanding!!!

Chrissy is a wonderful person and very sweet and helpful and got my brother and I taken care of quickly and professionally and we were both very impressed!

If you’re having troubles with a payment, they won’t scrutinize you, they help you. They’re super friendly and nonjudgmental. These two ladies Chrissy and Brandee are so awesome and very helpful. If needing to take a new loan or renew they make it fast and easy to do either one. I wish it would be this easy at other places.

I opened a loan, paid everything on time and closed the loan. Do NOT get a loan with this company! They never reported the account as paid off in full, and now my credit has been screwed. If this company does not make this right than I will be contacting BBB. I need this fixed asap! That is not right to ruin people credit when they paid off a loan on time and even early in good faith! 😡
