Wow. Let me start off by saying that everyone in the office was extremely helpful. Times have been hard and I saw a flyer. Called first to ask for information. Next thing I know they're telling me how much I'm approved for. Went into the store to finish the process and I was greeted by everyone there. I was helped by a young woman named Daisy. This company is horrible and Helen Vergara is the worst customer service woman I have ever spoke to. This woman called our company 3 times asking for our email after we already gave it to her and her employee the information. She cant keep track of anything and is very rude. She also tell lies and make false complaints on line about companies that dont want to do business with her based on her unprofessional attitude and not being able to keep track of emails given to her. She lies and says she didnt get information she was already given. If you dont want to be taken advantage of on a payday loan/ installment loan from this company Payment 1 Financial! Do not take out a loan from them!!! Such a bad company wold never recommend them.
