So I was driving to texas from GA and i had to stop and throw away a couple of Gatorade bottles, so i pull up and took them inside and asked to throw away my trash and they politely guided me to a trash can to throw away my trash…. I tried that at the dollar store once and this lady was all like “ yeaaaah if you buy something.” And then her teeth almost fail out, but anyways I’m glad they let me throw away my trash since if they didn’t I would have threw it on the ground which is illegal, and then i’d be in jail :(

I've been with this company for over 3 years now . Love that it's easy to get money, builds your credit and low payments. Only thing I don't like is that they have gone through a lot of employees to where my payments get ran on week's I don't get paid. Other then that everyone is friendly and love the service I receive thank you for the help.

Update: Abilene Payment 1 consistantly refused to give me the referral check even though they assured my friend that she did make her payment and it was posted to her account. Whoever replies to reviews, i assumed, ensured that i received my referral check. However, the check was much less than I had previously received even though the loan amount was a bigger amount. Confused, i called other payment ones to ask how much a referral check would be based off of the loan amount my friend had made. There was quite a difference. I even called the Abilene location from an anonymous number to ensure I would get a correct answer as i do not trust the people working there. I went to the location to ask about this. The fill in manager from out of town said the checks are based off of loan amounts and when i explained my previous check amounts with the loan amounts, she refused to listen. She told me not to make anymore phone calls to corporate or above her about this issue. After arguing with her how this wasn't the way to conduct business, she threatened to have me escorted off the property even though i had not been aggressive or violent. This irritated me and the other person working at the location started laughing. This was sooo unprofessional and rude. I said some cuss words on the way out but that would not have happened had i been treated respectfully and professionally. I stand by my decision to continue not to refer my friends, family, or anyone else for that matter to Payment 1. This wasnt about the money, it was about the way they choose to conduct their business. Payment 1 was an awesome place with great employees. This is why i have chosen to refer numerous friends who have always been well paying customers. Getting referral checks was definitely a great motivation to refer. However i have noticed a change in employees recently. The manager who used to be so helpful is no longer there. I was wanting to see about a referral check for someone who was approved for a loan last month and has made a payment. The lady who is filling in, i think from out of town, states this person has not made a payment. However, my friends bank account reflects that she has indeed made the payment. Im not sure what scheme is being done here but it is very unprofessional and i will no longer be referring people.
