It really takes a lot for me to want to take the time to write anything about anyone or thing, but I am happy to see that's it's not Just Me! I'll tell you what, Never have I seen anything like this before, you give them everything they want and they want more1 I don't know if it's the companies policies that make it so the people work there have to be submitted to the frustration of the customers calling in and getting frustrated with them about the poor services that are allowed to deliver! Then you talk to one person and they tell you what you need to do, you call back and they tell you that you need something else, but never contacted you to tell you that you needed that something else. I did not sign up for renewal with them, Thank God, I don't see them being around very long and if you have money going there I would stop it instantly. The absolutely The Single Worse Place I've dealt with!!! ( I was going to say worse business, but this can't be a business, I was going to say company, but It can't be a Company, and the poor people they hire I feel sorry for them because like most businesses, that brainwash them to think that they provide their customers with the Best Service. Poor Rating, I hope management reads these and if they do and don't do anything about this and they are getting paid well, they may be looking for something else shortly and not find any place as shady as this place!

I very much dislike having to work with this company for my HSA account. I have never had a good experience in processing claims. Customer service reps are always pleasant, but not always helpful. The website does not offer much for information when it comes to claims, it will tell you a claim needs substantiated but it won't tell you what claim(s) or what documents are needed. When you call the company the reps often have technical issues with their system, or aren't sure what is needed to get your account up to par, once you do have answers, you need to put another hour or two worth of your time into finding the proper documentation, which may or may not be accepted.

-5 stars, keep harassing me and threatening me with ira because explain of benefits that never satisfy them, this company clearly is a mass swamp, I gave them my dentist print out explaining of charges, my dental insurance companys eob, yet at end of the year they send me letter asking me to go through everything again?! I mean why would I want to steal my own money? Why these people treat everyone as criminals? Stupidest place I ever dealt with!

PayFlex Systems USA has the WORST customer service I have ever seen in the industry; I have been Hung-up on, Transferred and just out right Lied too. They never get it right even when it a Supervisor working on your claim! Therefore, they get a big fat 0 from me!!!!

Really a terrible system and unhelpful customer service!! 1. The system doesn't allow me to upload additional supporting document, my claim was denied because I did have necessary supporting document. 2. Customer service told me they denied based on all information. But can't find the other pending claim with more information. Trash service.

Ridiculous claim submittal process and customer service. I submitted receipts for payments I made using my card for dental services and my daughter's diabetes supplies. Then I was told the claims were denied until I submitted EoBs proving that insurance had paid their portion. After I submitted the EoBs, I was told my card was suspended because my dentist overcharged me by $2.76. I called customer service and after 20 minutes on hold while they were "checking with their supervisors," I asked if I could simply repay the $2.76 by giving them a credit card number. Nope. I needed to hang up, then go to the website and submit a request to repay. So ridiculous. Hard to believe this is a "benefit" to me when it takes an inordinate amount of time to get my own money that I've withheld out to pay for eligible expenses.

I would give zero stars if possible. So difficult to work with, require paperwork beyond necessary for simple claims. For instance: a recent claim was rejected because "This expense may be eligible for insurance benefits." The receipt that was submitted clearly breaks out the insurance portion and the private pay values. There is no sense in even having the card as they will make you substantiate every single charge.

I bring to you a worse product to customer experience ratio in the history of products. They beat out Comcast by a large margin. I've been trying to get my money out of their system to move to Fidelity for the past 7 Months. What is their technique? Claim that the phone line is bad and hang up the phone. They stop me from doing anything with MY OWN MONEY!!!!

Refusing to pay claims year after year and holding consumer's money hostage. If you don't file, or they deny you, the money is non-reimbursable and where does it go? To Payflex profits or the US Government? Raises red flags of possible wide-spread fraud due to their lack of timeliness processing claims and/or sending notifications as to why a claim was denied and what needs to happen to resolve the issue. No way to contact a claim representative. No way to escalate an issue. Am calling my employer now to cease doing business with this company. Due to IRS rules, makes it even more complicated to identify incentive for Payflex to "do the right thing" for customers.

- negative review for company that steals from you by not honoring receipts. The customer service laughed at my medical situation. Laughed and said we have your $ and it's too bad there's nothing you can do. I will never use them EVER and tell everyone I know. Worst company by far
