Payday Express Racine

I came in with a person loan check and a payroll check from the same president of my employment. They called the company and spoke with HR who verified the checks were valid, that was not good enough for them. They called the number on the checks to verify, then they called the bank our company banks with, and all three verified the checks were valid. They STILL called their boss to identify the checks and to make sure it wasn't fraudulent. They only did this because I'm African American. She did not let me know what the cost was going to be to cash the checks, she did not tell me she has to call all these people to get the same answer which made me miss my lunch break. I personally felt they asked me too many personal questions that I answered truthfully but they still tried to see if my hard earned money was fraudulent 🤬🤬🤬

I just wanted to say how helpful the staff was for me and my husband, I have always received great service at this location. I thank them again for such great service.
