This place is absolutely horrible the customer service is unbelievable they don't accept anything they don't want they underprice everything in my opinion name just should be shut down Won't take long the weather outbreak When the lady in front needs to definitely not do that job she's horrible she stays on the phone and she is very rude In my opinion I feel there's pretty much discriminative and racist at that Definitely we'll be making a couple calls that's for sure turning out a business their crooks

It’s hit or miss when selling or pawning, the women clerk gave me more than expected 100% of the time when dealing with her! Didn’t make me feel bad to get rid of some things when I was in a jam! The cat in a ball cap seemed as if he just wants to give you five or ten dollars no matter what you bring in because he would rather be staring at his phone then looking up prices on the computer.. i’ve had to walk out due to that guy a couple times! And their purchase pricing is kind of high for most used product, as if everything where new! But when they’re in a push you can get some great deals! And I love they don’t mind haggling with you either when purchasing!

I’ve gone into this shop 3 times now and I’ve had a pleasant experience. They have very good prices on their products. It is very very clean and well organized inside the shop. Overall it’s a nice place. The owners of the shop are also very nice. I sold a pair of Beats headphones to them and they gave me a fair amount for them. I will continue to go there for good deals and sell my stuff to them

They do not know at all what they are doing. If you sell something to them all they do is look up the price that your item sold for on E Bay then offer you half that price. You will get ripped off by them if you try to sell them anything. Only reason I gave them one start is that since they are so inept at what they are doing you do have a chance to get a decent deal if you buy something from them. Avoid them and take your business somewhere else. They only cater to the average intelligence, 7th grade drop level of Great Mills Road.

Bought a wedding band for a great price. Great service along with it, getting it cleaned and sized, ready for pick up the very next day. So happy with the overall experience, I came back and got a gold chain and cross for an awesome price as well!! He even offered to clean it for me and really make it shine. Extremely satisfied with PawnIt. And my wife and i highly recommend. We will soon be permanently moving back to Lexington Park, and as we love looking for good deals, we will be frequently visiting this store. Awesome service, awesome items.

I'm a regular customer, and I stop in about once a week looking for good deals. I have purchased numerous items from tools to electronics to musical instruments, for my own personal use and the use of my church also. The owner Adam is a great guy and easy to work with, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's clean and bright and well-organized, which is NOT common for past pawn shops in this area. They often have additional items not out on display, so if you can't spot what you want, ask if they might have it in the back.

I have sold several things to PawnIt and got decent money for what the stuff was worth. Just like any pawn shop, they do look up the going prices for things and then offer about half. They have to make a profit and pay for rent, utilities, insurance..... Dont come in with a 3 year old TV that you bought for 200 dollars and expect to get anywhere close to that. 1) Not the newest model and 2) They have to make money on it. Expect 30-40 dollars.

Low ball when it comes to buying things from you, but they also will let you talk them down when selling something to you. They’re polite, to the point, and usually offer the best deal from the start.
