Worse experience ever! The guys that work in their are very races. Told me the would call the cops on me because I was acting too black!! First off what’s acting too black? SMH. Then threatened to shoot me if I didn’t leave the store!!! Never shop there again..especially if your black! You might be next!
You are a terrible person and a liar. We have audio and video recordings to show that you completely made this up. You brought your broke playstation 5 book playstation 5 in and expect us to take it in just because you were black. Really? Are you that pathetic? We are not having it.. Our African American African American customers and employees who observed your pathetic rant were embarrassed for you. How dare you bring race into a situation where you were too juvenile to just take care of your own stuff and expect us to overlook it and carry you like everyone else has in your life. We don't want you in our store. We don't want you in any of our stores appeared and we are going to inform the other stores in the area of what kind of actions they might expect from you

My experience at pawn #9 with Don was amazing. I went shopping for my first pistol purchase and he mad the experience so easy and enjoyable. The store smelled great when we walked in and we were welcomed at the door with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends when looking for anything from the pawn shop. Definitely a rememberable experience from a pawn shop.

5 Stars hands down! Customer Service was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, Lucky the employee instantly told me he would be right with me due to him assisting another customer. Lucky was patient and happily assisted me (trust I ask for a lot). He found for me exactly what I was looking for and I'm walking out an extremely happy customer. Not to mention the amazing discounts. A returning customer for sure!!!!
