We were just shopping for our daughter and decided to take a look at rings for myself. The entire staff are wonderful people and the owner is exceptional. His knowledge is out of this world. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. We have purchased several items over time and each and every time we are very pleased. Hands down, the best shopping experience.

This has been the main pawn shop I use in this area. I believe at one point we had another one but still this being the only one I go to is a nice place for the community to find great deals on resale items!! I can honestly recall only one experience where I was not keen on one trip there but aside that I have always had good business with Pawn Plus Inc. I believe they aim to do the very best by anyone who comes there despite what other opinions of the reviews I read but business is business so you respect the business and go elsewhere if you don't agree with them. Today, I did something that was very emotional. I sold some things of my late fathers that had been sitting in a closet for 5 years. I called Bob and he agreed to meet me privately as he was also a good friend of my father. I was treated with the utmost compassion and our deal was more than fair. Everyone in the store knew who I was asked about my family and granddaughter. I heard stories about my dad and grandfather, that I had never heard before. I mentioned that I had almost brought something of my dad's just to see what it was worth and then told him I just couldn't in the end. He told me straight up.....keep it! Give it to your granddaughter one day and if a time comes you need to sell it, I will keep it as a memory of your dad. If that time would ever come I know that I could go to him and buy it back. I got to my car and cried. He / the whole family knew this was hard, but I knew I was doing the right thing with what I did sell. I promise you he is fair!!!! He and his family are compassionate people and will never cheat you. Thank you, Pawn Plus you are the best around and I will never go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for several years at Pawn Plus and have received excellent customer service from the entire staff. Their expert knowledge is given even if a sale is not made and they have great advice on heirlooms and their value. Michelle is wonderful working on costume jewelry or antique pieces and I trust her with my gems! Thank you for all of your assistance through the years.

They are very nice people, friendly. the place is nice and clean in the inside of the store. They help u out if u need a loan they also are very informative when telling when u can pick up your loan.
