Was asked about my experience here and it was and continues to be fair and courteous. Great staff and great deals. A tried and true outlet for my Star Wars and videogame collecting. Oh, and when you sell here you don't leave feeling taken advantage of. Very unusual for a pawn shop.

This is a really cool shop. I’m not from Buffalo and have been looking for a nice pawnshop with vintage/estate jewelry. They have a ton! And a bunch of other stuff. I went to a previous pawn shop before coming here and was pretty unexpressed with the jewelry selection and prices. So I was pretty shocked by how much of a selection this place has. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought two gold rings and a super cool watch as well. While I was looking around they offered to clean/polish the rings and asked if I wanted to include my own personal rings I had on as well. So I walked out with two new rings, a watch, and professionally polished rings. Awesome! All of the staff also answered my questions and took their time. They offered great prices as well. Overall, I will be coming back for my pawnshop needs.

this place is so cool! they have literally everything and anything you can think of. i recommend 10/10 going here to either do shopping for gifts or even to trade/pawn items. Was our first time here and wont be our last :) super clean friendly and convenient

Nice pawn shop, containing the gamut of items you would expect from a pawn shop. Some interesting finds at this location. I've been here a number of times to sell a few items and to buy a few things, as well. Prices are fair when buying or selling. Staff is courteous and helpful.

The best place around! I often shop looking for awesome stuff, I have had very good experiences with everything I have purchased at the store. They are always super nice! Every time I randomly show up, I find new things that I want. I try to stop in one or twice a month to see what kind of new things arrive. They are always very cool with trading things, and give a very competitive price compared to other shops. This place is really my favorite and my first stop when I need to sell things, each time, I got more than I figured! The Best Place to Pawn it, is at Pawn it!!!

Great customer service!! But unfortunately the price that was offered to me for a brand new iPad Air 3rd Gen Wifi + Cellular was crazy low. I understand that the value of the product goes down after you open the product. But if paid $869 and was only offered a $100 that sucks and it’s not a very fair price at all.

Owner was professional and courteous. We chatted pawn shop metrics and he had a good supply of merchandise if you are looking to buy. I was however not able to get a price I felt was reasonable for the merchandise I was looking to sell so I left without transacting, It's ok, it's just business, I just defaulted to eBay and sold my merchandise for exactly the price I was looking for. If you are looking for a quick sale and need immediate cash, he may be the guy for you. I may be back to make a deal to purchase some tools as he did seem to have a good selection of those and he'd probably be willing to negotiate.

I have always had fair deals there. Jeff the owner went oit of his way to find and bring me a sump pump that i was looking for. Not such a good experience with his employees but hes cool and fair ..the only pawn shop ill go to for sure.

I have come into this shop on many occasions and every single time whether I'm making a purchase or selling something the guys have been friendly, kind and respectful but most importantly they are always FAIR. We purchased a fender guitar for our son's birthday and it is still working great. I would recommend them for anything you may need .

Jeff ; owner and head counter man at pawn shop was beyond welcoming as soon as you open the doors. He was easy to talk to and we ended up chatting for longer than your average transaction. He gave me an awesome deal for my merchandise and i will be back in the future for some more items. Definitely reccomend to make this your go to pawn shop.

I recently went into a business of cleaning out houses that went into foreclosure. These houses always have things in them that are sellable, so I started going to pawn stores with some of the items that I found and the only place out of 5 in the area which I live in that was reasonable was pawn it. They were not only reasonable with pricing the items I had they even came to get one of the items because I couldn't fit it in my car, without even charging me. I would recommend this pawn store to anyone before going anywhere else.

Tried to sell a gold necklace and watch only got offered $500 and I took it to king of diamonds and they gave me $1500 . Lowballers.and the money was for a family funeral they did not even care.

I went in to look at some DeWalt and rigid batteries for my drills . They had a really good selection and I believe I spoke to the owner. He gave me a good deal on 2 ridgid batteries. Just what i needed.. so super happy I decided to stop by this place toady!!

I stopped in to see if they had any Star Wars or Star Trek items for sale. I had heard from others that you just gotta check in often because they always are getting new items. I was able to find something for my son. He loves it!!

These guys carry excellent quality jewelry and are extremely fair on their prices. I have caught numerous silver chains and bracelets and have been more than satisfied. Very nice silver! Hard to find now days. I have also purchased dozens of tools from pipe wrenches to power saws. Never a problem and also the best prices in town! Best pawnshop around! One of the few actual pawn shops in the Buffalo area and I was pleasantly surprised. Literally everything you could want out of a pawn shop. Jeff was very friendly. Service was fast.

I have been resistant on coming into pawn shops in general but finally went into Pawn It and I wish I went in sooner! They have a lot of games, electronics, tools, jewelry, and so many other things I could go on and on. You can have fun time looking around here and find a great deal. I’ve bought a great variety at the Elmwood location and am always alway impressed by the store’s inventory. It’s even fun to bring the kids! We’ve purchased TVs, sterling silver rings, a saxophone, a play station slim always at a great price. Customer service is stellar, whether yr selling or buying, haggling or not. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I really respect and value this establishment and owners/employers!! They are ALWAYS polite, professional, fair and friendly. Just recently a situation came up, that out of respect and for personal reasons I will keep private...the details are irrelevant, what matters is the situation was handled with integrity and I am even more of a fan of these two gentleman that own this establishment!! I felt it necessary to leave leave a review, because I think it is really amazing to be able to say, "I know of this great pawn shop, that is fair and honest and has integrity!" This is a great store. I was in a bind and needed cash for my laptop that i no longer used. Cullen was the guy who helped me. He got me the money i needed, at a decent price too! I had gone to a couple of other pawn shops and was offered the most money here! Definitely worth a visit! I ended up going back and buying other items as well just recently. I was happy to see the same guy that helped me before. He hooked me up just as good the second time around! Go check it out!

Great local shop located in the heart of North Buffalo. The staff does a excellent job of verifying the value of items to ensure you get the best deal. I was surprised the first time I walked in when I saw how large of a space they have for displaying items. And they have a great selection. Its not just another pawn store that has nothing on display and gives you pennies on the dollar. They will do trades, loans, or buy your item straight out. PAWN IT! ******************

You cannot go wrong sales staff are all really good guys. They gave me the best deal of my life on a bunch of computers prices are very reasonable. I'll be back just like Arnold. Thanks again guys

I am a total film fanatic. I own over 1500 DVDs and am always on the look out for movies that I feel I NEED to enhance my collection. So, when a good friend told me about a near by pawn shop that had an entire wall of DVDs I knew I had to go. The first time I saw the store I was blown away. They really, literally have an entire wall of DVDs, not to mention I later found out that they frequently cycle the movies with the veritable treasure trove they must have hidden away. Which is another nice thing. Many pawn shops or worse thrift stores have a lot of stuff, but its everywhere impossible to get at! But not at Pawn It. There you have nice clear pathways as well as fairly easy access. That first trip I walked out with 18 new movies for just $20. There is nowhere you can get a better deal! Not to mention that each of the films was choice. Everyone played flawlessly. That was a few months ago. Since then I have been back several times. Each time I had no trouble walking out with a large variety of films that I had been on the prowl for, well a long time. In fact just today I came across a foreign film that I have been trying to track down for ten years! It never fails to amaze me no matter how frequently I go in I never have trouble getting films that weren't there the time before (many of which are relatively new movies too). But the really best feature, and the main reason why I am now a steadfast customer, is the staff. As I said, I am a film buff, so I have a great memory for actors and lines and scenes. It was very nice to receive help from someone who also has that kind of knowledge. Getting new stuff is always fun. But at Pawn It, from the time you enter to the time you cash register, you don't have deal with any stress!

Came into Pawn it on elmwood ave and was very impressed at how friendly the staff was once I walked in. I had a few things I was looking to sell and couldnt believe how easy it was. Not only was it easy but I was offered a generously fair amount for the items. I will absolutely be back.

Came in on 09/13/2019 (Friday) was told that they were understaffed with 2 people behind the counter and 2 customers including myself. I was advised to come back on 09/14/2019(Saturday) because there would be more staff available here to buy my stuff. Came in on said Saturday at noon because he told me hours were 10am-6pm. Here it is now nearly 1 pm and still the doors are locked with the lights off. No explanation to why the store is closed during its business hours clearly posted on their website,Facebook, and employee knowledge. I would of given a 0 star rating if it was allowed but I will leave it as a 1 star review and recommend trying somewhere else that opens when they say they are.
