I have walked through a lot of pawn stores throughout the country and Pawn Central is a different experience. Very nice and professional staff, clean facility and prices are very fair. Have bought several items and even sold a few items I no longer needed and feel I got a fair price. Well done Pawn Central

My boyfriend put a subwoofer on layaway there and his receipt said his next payment was 8/16/2020 we called to pay and they were already sold to someone else when he was only like 2 days late on the payment. The owner said they called multiple times but when we called he worker told us they didn't have to call before selling it. There was no banner up at the time for layaway so we had asked about layaway and was not notified of all the rules. We were even early on our payments before but that time it was tight for money. This was back in April and payment due on receipt was August 16th 2020. Do not recommend I would highly recommend Del-Rich over this place.

Cleanest pawn shop ive been to!! Great atmosphere the employees are nice and greet you in your way in. I went in to trade in a game for a controller I got what I was asking for and was helped by Chaz. He is a great employee and was able to help me with my questions and informed me about the 7 day return policy if anything was wrong with my purchase. Shout out to Chaz for the help and amazing service! I would highly recommend going to this shop.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. This place does not lowball. they give reasonable loans and pawns. Staff is always nice and the boss guy Tyler knows his stuff so there isn't any room for bs and lowball prices. I wont go anyplace else for used tools and jewelry

We've done business with Pawn Central in Clinton, IA a few times and most of the employees are kind and helpful. They've been fair with us and as long as we keep our agreement.....everything is cool. A couple of the lady employees could use a few lessons in courtesy.😆

I ordered a Rockwell 330 palm sander from them on Ebay. It was dirty-it seemed as if they hadn't even taken the time to dust it off. It needs replacement barrings but other than that it runs great. It had fast delivery and was packaged well. It wasn't too expensive either. Overall I had a pretty good experience shopping from them!

This location has a lot of items. The store has great lighting and items are organized by type. Wasn't greeted by staff during the visit.

For starters the employees and the way in which you are greeted and dealt with is of expectations you really just can’t find anywhere else. They are beyond fair, honest and to the point . They really want to be as helpful and fare about pricing whether you have something to pawn or sell. I personally have been saved by these people and this business on more than one occasion. We all have hard times, sometimes the check just doesn’t cut it or you need a little more for your family . I give them 5 stars hands down great customer service and honest.

There is always a smiling face and a listening ear for the customers. I have personally had a great experience with this pawn shop, they go above and beyond to help everyone. And I'm really exciting to watch them grow!!
