I called earlier today to ask a question. I wanted to make sure they took something before I went down there,I didn't want to waste my time. The woman who answered was kind of rude. Didn't say hello,and she was kind of short and curt with her answer. She hung up before I could thank her. No goodbye, no thank you for calling. She didn't give her name. I've read nothing but mostly good reviews about this place. So I was kind of surprised when I got such rude customer service. Needless to say,that bad customer service probably cost you a future customer.

Love the service , love the atmosphere.....Just like family!!! Willing to wheel and deal with you as well as just be flat out honest. Reasonable prices. You have to check this place out!!!!

Hands down best pawn shop in town! Just wish could somehow offer loans, like start out small and if paid on time go up? Idk I think that’d be a good idea? Just thinking out loud. But I love everyone that works there! Always super nice and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!

I walked in the store it was clean and everybody was friendly. I had the sales associate Matt Harp. He had excellent customer service skills and went out of his way to help me. This place is AWESOME! I went there to pawn my stereo speaker and they gave me TOP 💲💲. Also, the atmosphere is is just incredible. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. And Kevin has some dope rap beats. LUV YALL

I went to pawn my older flat screen TV for fast cash for about 2 months. I was shocked at getting only $25. I liked the fact of 2 mths I had to either pay on it get out and not much on paying on or getting out. Friendly service. Clean place. I plan on going back with my larger newer flat screen to hopefully get more.
