Can I just say everyone at this store had the best communication & customer service. They've taken time with me in person, answered any q's on the phone. I'm grateful to have this local option of help, we had a emergency happen and they were very fair. I felt valued and I appreciate them so much!!

My husband bought me a new wedding ring for Christmas, the next day we took it to Zales in the mall, to have it resized. In the 3 weeks that Zales had my ring, two diamonds went missing. They wanted to charge us over $500 for the missing stones, that I have pics of IN the ring. They were not missing prior to us dropping it off. We went back to pawn one, explained what happened and they only charged us 15% above their cost to have the diamonds replaced and the ring resized. Their customer service us impeccable, and I will never go to another "nation wide" jewelry store without talking to Pawn One first.

I don't know how this place has a 4 star rating. Chris and Scott clearly were either having a bad day or just don't know how to give proper customer service. I was concerned about smudges and small scratches on a game I was buying and they were short of laughing at my concern, not very professional. Then I was offered a small discount then charged full price and they were clearly trying to make fun of my concerns assuring me I shouldnt be worried. I'm very disappointed with the interaction I had today and I usually spend a lot of money at pawn shops but I'll never go here again

I wish I could give negative stars for this store. We ended up buying a broken monitor and they did absolutely nothing to fix it even tho it was still in the warranty time. So don’t trust any of there warranty stuff because they do not honor it at all! Save your money and go somewhere else.

When I first walked into the store I was instantly impressed with the organized layout and cleanliness! Adam greeted us and personally guided us throughout the store to locate the items we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and we were able to purchase quality hunting/camping accessories at exceptionally low prices!!! We've never been more impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and service that Adam provided us while we shopped!! Kudos Adam!! Give this man a raise!!! Woo hoo!!!!

My most recent experience with Pawn 1 was absolutely fantastic. I purchased an item that was in great condition this past Friday. Later that night I was hit with an emergency bill that completely rocked my budget. Saturday morning I had to return the item and was able to recieve my money back quickly and easily with no hassle or complaints. The gentleman I spoke to was understanding, professional and a generally awesome individual. He helped me turn a depressing and embarrassing situation into a great start to my Saturday. I will most definitely be returning in the future, if nothing else, because of this employee. Thank you!

Best Pawn shop out of them all. They have a great selection of tools. And their prices can't be beat. I have been to all of the Spokane locations, and 2 of the locations here in the treasure valley area, and Scott had the best customer services skills from all of the employees I've talked with in the past. Scott did an amazing job explaining the items I was interesting in. Highly recommend him and highly recommend the Meridian location.

Dads at Pawn1 was amazing! I came in to sell and has an idea of what I wanted dollar wise. Him and Adam were able to get me exactly what I was looking for and made the process painless! I recommend this crew 100%

Great customer service was very surprised that they called me today and would hold on to a dewalt drywall screwgun. Even besides all that always felt welcomeand helped me with ever I needed. Highly recommend going to pawn 1 only off ustick &Ten Mile.!

Great place, Great customer service. I like to swing into pawn shops from time to time to see if anything catches My eye. The ten mile location is one of the cleanest stores I’ve been in and Juan is always up front and great to deal with. Their so much better than other pawnshops, I’ve stopped going to any others.

Stopped in a couple days ago to sell some items and of course got distracted by the jewelery.. Dustin was AMAZING and so helpful. Didn't have cash, so I returned 2 days later and Dustin remembered me!!! Still had the ring I wanted and Katina was wonderful while I tried on a million others :) Adam stepped in to chat and offer me an amazing deal on my ring. My experience was so customer service driven, I was more than satisfied and beyond happy! Friendly smiles and personalities are only a few simple ways to describe the staff.
