I cant say enough about Paul and his ability to get me a great refinance. I have a complicated situation and tried with 4-5 others to get me a refinance with no success. One person took several months and still came up short. Paul was able to do what others couldn't do. And not only that, rather quickly and with such a great attitude, not only knowing how to work the system but also how to work me who has been frustrated with continually getting rejected. I was fairly annoyed during much of the process having to get papers to Paul feeling it would be another time that I would put in a lot of work and get again rejected. Undaunted, Paul keep encouraging me and many times held my hand and literally walked me through the tech part to help me. I cant recommend Paul enough. He is my hero. Paul was great during the whole buying process. We are first time buyers and felt lost in the weeds a lot but Paul was always quick to respond to our questions and always happy to walk us through the details.
