Oscar and his team are very professional and the most knowledgeable title company I've ever worked with. Melissa Posada does an amazing job there. She answers promptly and is always able to answer any questions I have, and I ask a lot of questions. She is always courteous and accommodating. Melissa Posada at Patten Title was Great. Followed up with phone calls, emails, and am sure she would do smoke signals also if needed, lol!!! But I loved her follow up as Communication is Key to any successful transaction!! I'm a Realtor and it's great to have a team behind you to make things seamless. I have been so happy with this title company. I always get a timely response to requests. In my opinion, the processor's performance determines if a file will close smoothly . Processor, Melissa Posada, has shown initiative with every file I have closed with her and have closed without issues. I wish all my agents used this title company.

Patten is wonderful with all my clients and my own transactions. Maggie and Kathy has been so wonderful in email me on things that is need. And always responding back so fast to all of my email. Prices are super reasonable but mostly they make us feel very confident and comfortable of every transaction with security all has been cleared in title. I would not use this Title company. My experience was unprofessional, from the start. I did not receive an official title policy. I did not receive a hud settlement form. Letting me know what was paid for the seller and me the buyer.. I compared the copy of the TITLE POLICY with my previous title policy and was told they don't do business that way anymore. I received a so called policy with no dept of insurance contact #. I was told it would take 90days. I'M a single African American woman who has been graced by God to buy my own property. I'm a single mom and a widow. My deceased husband was a Vietnam War Error Veteran. We deserve better. Hopefully no one else will experience what I went through. Hopefully they improve.
