$15 non customer fee for cashing a check! Proceeds to tell me that’s their policy. Well my policy is not to be charged $15. I’m not paying you for a service that you’ve already performed. Will not bank here or ever recommend. Then cashier wants to argue or tell me to go to another bank instead.

0 stars for this so called bank. I was given a cashiers check from a customer that was issued by Patriots bank in Gardner ks. When I tried to cash the check, I was told that they" don't keep that kind of money on hand for non account holders." I was turned away and told to call tomorrow and talk to branch manager so they could arrange to get the funds in place. So, apparently they get to choose when and whether or not they will honor the cashiers checks they issue. I'm no expert on Ks banking laws but WOW!!!! what a joke this place is.

Closed my checking account there due there terrible customer service in the Gardner location and now closed my saving account today due to the same thing.

It's not that it's bad, it's just that they don't offer anything special. If you want completely barebones banking this is the place to go.
