We were first time home buyers, so it goes without saying we had no idea what were getting into. We were in contract on our home, and unfortunately had an issue with the lender we were working with initially (not Patriot One).A family member recommended I call Neil at Patriot One and see what our options were. From the first phone call Neil could not have been more professional and informative on our unique situation. Within a day or two he had our application submitted and on our way to our new home. I cannot recommend these guys and girls at Patriot One enough. They really got the job done when no one else could.
