After reading some reviews I was a bit skeptical before arriving especially since it was over an hour drive for me. I really did not care for the smell inside the building, but to each his own. Car was not clean when I got there, which kind of took away from the excitement of driving it a bit. As for the sales person Tara, she was great! Gave me info before I got there, helped me as soon as I showed up, let me take my time on the test drive. After the test drive I wasn’t pressured to make a decision which was great, and after the numbers and payment options were discussed I was given all the time I needed to make a decision. So if you do go there ask for Tara, it’ll make the experience a lot easier!

I went to Patriot Autos , I went Travis Davis , i came in for a car one day, and came back the next two days. I got an even better car than what i was getting at first. He has great customer service and he can definitely work up some cheap payments for you aong with car insurance. I recommend whoever is looking for a car to come see him. If they make you sign something that says “ they don’t sell lemons” That means they have been selling lemons. (I saw that on a document I had to sign.) You never want to buy a car from a dealer who has to defend his “ lemonade stand” !! I mean his car dealership. I bought a car last summer and the engine start rattling in December. The mechanic said he never heard that sound before. He said that sounds like severe upper engine problem. Have to pay $700 just for a diagnosis. They have laws for lemons in Maryland, and I have a big fat 🍋 ( second time going to a mechanic for this vehicle). It does not matter what you sign you have 180 days from purchase to use the “ lemon law” if your car keep breaking down.

I am going to give my experience a five star just for Errol (Salesman). After having issues with my first salesman. Errol stepped in showed me around the car lot to see which car I would like to purchase. He was great with defusing the situation that the first sales guy started. He was even able to get me a great price on the car. I left there feeling great and with a new car. His level of customer service is excellent and extraordinary!

Do not sell / trade your car here!!! I signed their online form providing all the accurate information (mileage, condition, ...) about the car and that I wanted to *sell* it, not trade! They provided an estimate of what they would pay and said that the vehicle is interesting for them, and asked me to come in. They even confirmed my appointment a day before. So I arrive on time, then they let me wait first for a while and then told me that they cannot buy the vehicle because of the mileage. Which I told them before!! Huge waste of time for me, driving there, and asking a colleague to cover at work. I don't know if that was a strategy to lowball the price or whatever but I do not recommend ever driving there if you want to sell or trade your vehicle. Go somewhere more professional where they value their customer's time!

I started my application with Joe on Saturday. The dealership was extremely busy, which I understood and I decided to return on Monday. Fast forward to Monday I was excited to leave with a vehicle because of the previous reviews. I was directed to Errol who informed me that Joe was fired. I saw Joe in the parking lot upon my arrival and within the facility during my credit approval process. I took Errol for his word, but was still skeptical. Errol went through the process of approval. I verified the price and gave my limitations for down payment. This wasn’t my first time financing and when I was presented with a 4,000 down payment I assumed it was for the vehicle I was interested in. To my disbelief it was for any car on the lot. I was extremely interested and was confused because they work with everyone. I’m indifferent about this experience but I’m for certain that I didn’t expect this process to unfold the way it did. Hopefully others have a better experience; as of now I wouldn’t recommend.

My wife totaled her car and we were searching for something in that was within our budget with the mileage etc... we had gone to several other dealerships but we were undecided uand was ready to head home when we spotted the car my wife really wanted and the color, we drove into that lot to take a look at the vehicle, even though it was getting late we went up to the office to make further enquiries. Wowww!! I have to share my experience. I set an appointment with Travis let me just tell you he's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. To start off my appointment was set for 9:30am I can't tell you how nervous and anxious the whole ride in my Uber. Once I arrive I was greeted by three men I was early they saw me pull up and immediately opened the gate. My heart was pacing fast the nerves almost got the best of me. I have been buying cars for 40 years and have bought more than 15 cars in that time. Dealing with Tara Kitzinger at Patriot Autos was amoung the best experiences I have had buying a car. I am a cash buyer and prefered not to have the warranty. All material facts about the car were disclosed, the sales process was quick and efficent. The car was as discribed on the phone the previous day. I also overheard he speaking to another customer she was working with at the time who was a credit purchaser and she dealt with him just as respectfully and effectively. I have a boat bokerage and would hope all of my sales people performed as consistently and professional as Tara did.

I did not have a very good experience working with Patriot Autos. I had found a car I was interested in online and traveled 2 hours to visit for a test drive. The car had been on the market for a few weeks already. When I got there, the car had not even been inspected so I could not test drive. Although from previous experience with this car, I knew I wanted it. A week later I got a text saying that it was ready to test drive from someone in their shop. I drove back up to see it only to be told that it STILL was not inspected. Weeks later I was told it was inspected again although had to wait due to work. They tried to tease "Oh, our inventory often moves fast." Well yeah, you had me there already. Four weeks later, I finally got to give it a test drive and purchased it that day. At the end it did not seem like they were really interested in selling that car to me. They had my interest but did not seem to care or follow up with me in messages and emails. I was also bounced around various people. The person I first met was different than the one I met the second time was different than the people I signed paperwork with. The purchasing was the easy part. The car was in decent condition. They did seem to change the oil but the air filter was a MESS. It looked more like an overcooked bundt cake. For what it is worth, I would have expected them to have changed that out. It took forever to get the tags. In which case, I had to call them to see if they had arrived. Patriot Autos did not call or email me at all to notify. When I asked, they gave me some silly excuse like they could not? Seriously. If Patriot Autos has the car you want, go for it. If you are looking for responsive customer service, you will not get it. You have to fight for it.

Travis at Patriot Autos was incredibly helpful. I didn’t know if i was going to be able to go home with a vehicle. He not only found me multiple options to choose from but was able to send me home in the vehicle i wanted. If you ever are in need of a vehicle i highly recommend seeing travis at patriot autos. Honest and genuine guy who will do whatever he can to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. 10/10

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Errol had the car ready for me to test drive when I came the first day. He was very positive and very effective! He was honest and upfront about everything and made my car buying process fast and easy. The 4 stars is solely due to the fact that financing could have been better prepared as they knew I was coming and I sent all proper documents way ahead of time. Outside of that, I would recommend you come in and see Errol specifically! I don't see myself purchasing a car anywhere else in the future!

Patriot Autos Suck. My experience was horrible. They made a deal then went back on the deal. Wasted my time by having me sit there for hours knowing they were not going through with the deal. My time is valuable and I don't have time for games. Not to mentioned on the document I signed along with $200 dollars to hold the car I wanted and if I did not come back on the day I said I would along with the balance of the money, the $200 was non- refundable. I held up my deal. Well since Patriot Autos did not honor what they committed to what was your penalty? Thanks for nothing.. Transparency goes a long way but you will not get that at Patriot Autos. .

I recently purchased a vehicle from Patriot Auto. Ryan the sales associate that helped me with my purchase was awesome. I came in and started the process then decided to go home and think on it first. I came back two days later and he got right back on it. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure me into a vehicle, just there to assist. He was very helpful, informative and got me in and out quickly.

He was very helpful and versatile when I arrived he showed me around the lot help me get the Vehicle I wanted we finished the whole process very efficiently in one day he went above and beyond with his service. ERROL would get my service again or anyone I know in the need of a vehicle. Update. The service has be terrible after I left can never get in contact with anyone. No one wants to help me . I've gotten misconstrued information in my car breaks were worn out when I first got it and now I am being charged after getting the run around . When I was waiting for my tags I kept getting different responses from each associate . I was told I would get a call back several times and no one ever returned my call. My car didn't have a spare and I was told to send in a picture of the tire information and this was never communicated at all to whomever needed to order them and I kept getting told the information was incorrect then I finally make time to drive to the service department and he takes the picture of the Same information I previously shared and finally ordered one for me I will never go back or recommend to anyone they don't.
