People have to remember that getting a mortgage can be a stressful process and if you don't have your files and financials organized, you are not going to thrive in the process. Advice to future borrowers: Make a filing system, have all your identity documents, tax documents, and all financials ready to go before you apply for a home loan. I have always kept my files detailed and it streamlines the whole process and makes it so much smoother when applying.
