He's incredibly responsive, professional, and goes out of his way to ensure your needs are met. Looking back I’m SO thankful to have worked with Pat when buying my first home. With Pat’s help, I was pre-approved for a loan in a matter of days & ran into ZERO issues when closing because of Pat’s hard work in issuing my pre-approval letter!!! He was always available for questions and never hesitated to “crunch some numbers” for me whenever I was interested in property and wanted to see the monthly payment breakdown. He’s VERY reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to finances and the STL real estate market. He also really cares about his clients; for example, as soon as Pat knew that interest rates were on the rise, he called me so I could lock in at a lower interest rate.
