I have purchased several homes in the past and have never experienced such professional service as i have with Pathways mortgage When i first bought my present home a little over a year ago, they where by my side the entire process. Every time I had a question they where very quick to respond. A year later Franco reached out to me to tell me that interest rates have dropped and it was a no brainer to refinance Again the process was seamless and was completed in 3 weeks, saving me over 250.00 a month. Best closing experience. I originally tried using Quicken Loans, but they pale in comparison to Pathway Mortgage Group. Barb was so knowledgeable in navigating and outlining our options. She helped us secure a lower mortgage rate, on a Sunday night! Easton, was lightning fast with her replies, allowed us to close early, and overall just really amazing. The best thing about Barb is she’s a consultant, not your average sales person. She walks you through options and makes you think about what matters most. Then, you make the best decision for you w/o pressure (or commission breath). She’s also a person of high integrity, which is hard to come by these days. Easton was on point as well with the entire operational process and managed gracefully through a few delicate situations with our home builder. I highly recommend this organization to anyone trying to finance a home, esp. during challenging times like these.

Can't say enough positive things about Barb and her group. I wish I could give Franco and Barb more stars!!! After being completely defeated by our credit union we tried the home buying process with Pathway Mortgage Group. Unbelievable service!!!! They walked us through the process in record time. I wish I could say I was an easy customer, but I wasn't. With being self employed, first time home buyer, and the new realistate laws that almost change daily (and not in favor of homeowners/buyers) it didn't look good. But Franco and Barb worked miracles as professional mortgage brokers!!!! Even now, a month later they are still checking on us. I closed on my new home 🏡 Jan 7th (‘22) in the ‘Triangle Area’ of NC, Durham specifically, and other than the approx 1000 boxes 📦 I still have to wade through I could not be more pleased. Why is that you ask ? 🤔 Barb Multari and her ‘Team’ at Pathway are a huge reason. From start to closing (on time with no glitches and a great rate) Barb, Marianna Pittman and Easton Woods displayed the ideal combination of top flight professionalism with great interpersonal/communication skills. It is impractical (in this space) to describe all the ‘extra efforts’ they made to guide me through this home 🏡 buying experience…just suffice it to say they were exceptional throughout and I highly recommend them.
