I love the idea of credit unions but this branch gets a solid D- Short-staffed, short hours, and can't spare a roll of quarters of your own money. Not sure why I keep my money here. Will be looking at a new bank soon. 10a - 5p mid week 😂 what a joke

Pros: - Professionalism of the staff (My car loan did Darren. He explains everything in great detail. He sincerely wants to help you. When I found the car, Darren called the dealer several times to save my time). - Low interest (for car loans this is 2.6%). - Well-functioning web site (this is unusual for credit unions). - This branch works even on Saturday. - If you open a check account, then you receive a debit card and checkbook immediately. - In general, the impression of this credit union is better than that of others (Fire Credit Union and Federal Credit Union). Cons: - On Saturday, this branch is open only until 2:00 pm.

Great customer service and friendly. Small branch yet you get to know them all and vice-versa. They know me by name and very professional.

I love Patelco Credit Union and basically most credit unions!! they are far less skeevy than Banks and this specific Credit Union rocks my world for having a notary on staff on a Saturday which is exactly what I needed!! whenever I go there they are exceedingly helpful and will do whatever it takes to get me out that door fast. there is no specific Ada parking as far as I can remember, but that is a high traffic area and there are people are coming and going all the time so the likelihood of getting a very close parking space, if you need one is fairly good. the staff is attentive and exceedingly friendly. I trust these people with my money! 💵💵💵

Went to see Rosario on March to refinance my new car. Signed all the papers and thought the deal was done. Thinking now I deal with Patelco and not Toyota, two months later I didn’t receive any billing statement. Found out the reason was because Rosario forgot to finish the refinance process. Because of her mistake, I was late on the month of May car payment to Toyota, which I thought was suppose to be to Patelco ..hope she didn’t ruin my credit score

Staffs are unprofessional . They don’t know what to do with customer . If it possible , i m telling to the owner of this union please send your staffs for tranning !!!!!!
