Highly recommend to anyone looking for business financing. I was a little hesitant at first however, the employees were very honest and understanding with my situation and I have been consistently doing business with them for 2 years now. Colin, the head underwriter has been very helpful and I will continue to use them for all my financing needs.

Approachable employees, quick and high approvals, and reasonable rates is what sets Parkview above the rest. I've been working with them since mid summer and I've already taken a few more deals. They help me get out of jams and I have been able to significantly improve my business since working with them. Quicker than banks, higher amounts given, and reasonable time frame make it feel seamless. I don't have to deal with big corporation banks anymore and play the waiting game. Highly recommend this company! My business had been recently struggling and I couldn't get a loan from any banks. I was overwhelmed and began to think my business was going to go under. Parkview was extremely professional and easy to work with. They kept their word and had me funded within 24 hours. They helped me get back on my feet. I will absolutely be a returning customer in the future. I cannot thank the staff of parkview enough for believing in me and giving my business a chance and second life.

Highly recommend this firm for all working capital needs. I needed a line of credit and they were able to get me approved within 24 hours and funded it without a problem. Rate and terms were very fair!

-100 stars! Beware of these guys! They tell you everything you want to hear. They set me up a payment that I told them I couldn't afford. They said no problem make 2 payments and then we will adjust it down to fit our income. After 2 payments they refused to work with us and forced us to get a lawyer.

Horrible business. Person named Peter was calling my IPad and couldn’t understand that I was the one who owned the business. My aunt doesn’t own a business. They spam you with scam calls. Just don’t answer they will waste your time and don’t care any about your business.

Working with Parkview was an absolute pleasure! They were available, transparent and convenient. They were able to get me a deal within hours when I felt other companies fell short. My business received capital for expansion while consolidating my other loans and LOWERING my current payments. I will surely be a returning customer!

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would! Parkview Advance like so many of these business finance groups call and text me daily offering such easy terms and quick approvals. But the actual details of what they end up offering you vs. what they sell you on are just vastly far apart. I have a business currently doing about 150k a year in sales. I was looking for a 75k loan with a payback over 3 or 4 years to grow my company. I did not want a credit card advance scheme! I already use Fundbox for small advances on large invoices from time to time when I need it. I was completely upfront with Colin at Parkview Advance about all of this. After 3 days of texting and emailing documentation what I received as tantamount to a loan shark or mafia loan. Look at the text conversation screenshots attached. The offer was a $2600.00 loan paid back at $83.00 a day for a total repayment of $4160.00! 🤬 That's a monthly payment of $2490.00 on a loan of $2600.00! Or an annual interest rate of over 900% STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are HORRIBLE!
