Always great friendly folks to help you with all of your banking and loan needs. Awesome ATMs that let you deposit, withdrawal almost any amount, and even ATMs that have a live representative that you can talk to, like a video call! 🤙

i had the pleasure of dealing with Melinda Dixon, she was very helpful, saved me so much time by taking my information, allowing me to leave and get back to work while she worked on my loan, got me approved and sent me all the documents to sign online without having to go back to the branch.

They have great staff! The ladies that work there are very helpful when you need help with something they go above and beyond to meet your needs!! They let me know when theres always something new at the credit union and let me know the pros and cons about it. There always concerned about you and your needs/wants so that they can help you out in the best way possible! I love that they have the online banking not many credit unions have it set up that way..

I've been a member for over a decade and the customer service has always been great! They are friendly, respectful, professional and most importantly, culturally sensitive with their members. Love the diversity in this branch and always referring new members!

I absolutely love this Parkside Branch!! Everyone is so nice, friendly, & helpful. This is a very convenient location; it's a few blocks from my house and it's in a very safe location. I love the mobile app for Parkside Credit Union as well as the benefits that are offered as a member. Much more like a family than a Credit Union!!!!!

I personally have never had any issues at this location. I really like Teresa, a teller, that works on the far right end of the counter. She’s my favorite. She’s very polite, understanding, and personable. I don’t go to this branch toooo often, just because it is out of my way, but when I do it is always a pleasant experience. I honestly don’t even know if they have an ATM at this location... I guess I’ve never checked. But anyways, I’ve also dealt with other tellers and they all have seemed polite. Update: I’ve also dealt with Melinda Dixon on a Loan and she was an absolute pleasure! Parkside has been a favorite of mine and my husbands since we started banking here back in 2017!

Parkside Credit Union a phenomenal bank! Not only are they very professional, but very friendly every time you visit them. They greet you with a smile and are always happy to be working with you. They give outstanding advice, very attentive, and overall caring people. Ashley, Cynthia, and Teresa are people I trust with the most, probably more then I do then my family members. I just wish I wrote this review sooner. Parkside Credit Union is a bank that I will always go to no matter what and I highly recommend this branch. Seriously you won't regret it.

Parkside as a credit union is a breeze to get through whatever service you may need. I've had a checking and savings account with them for years and always satisfied with their above and beyond customer service.
