We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Toni, and she has been very helpful with keeping them in tip-top shape, even years later. We live in California, and I mailed my ring back to her recently for a free repair when I lost a small diamond. It was returned less than two weeks later, as good as new. They stand behind their beautiful vintage pieces, and you should feel confident about shopping with them.

Gentleman, you owe it to yourselves to stop in Park Place if you're looking for that ring or special gift. Toni and her staff are a pleasure to talk to, they have great unique estate engagement rings, and you won't need to take out a loan to impress your significant other. On top of everything, they have proven time and again to stand by their product and go out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. My fiancé had, at no fault to Park Place, damaged a delicate part of her ring twice. They repaired it at no cost each time. When it happened for a third time, I thought we were for sure out of luck but they sympathized with us and offered to let us swap the ring for a discount! My fiancé loves her new ring and hasn't had any issues since. I won't ever have to worry about where to go now for anniversaries, etc.

Ive shopped and bought here numerous times, as have other members of my family. Making a major jewelry purchase can be nerve wracking, but not here. Ive shopped elsewhere but never got treated as well as I have at Park Place. Barbara and Toni always leave you feeling as though you’ve found the right piece and gotten a great value and EXTRAORDINARY quality.

Park Place Jewelers has lovely pieces, but one would be wise to do their homework before making a purchase here. We purchased a very expensive diamond ring from Park Place that came with all the proper paperwork. We were assured that it was a great deal. It was only after we attempted to authenticate the certification on our own that we discovered that it was not authentic. To Park Place’s credit, we were given a full refund after the situation was brought to their attention and they did their research and came to the same conclusion as we did. We do feel however that they should have fully researched such an expensive piece before it was put on sale.

The best place to buy jewelry. The staff is friendly and helpful. The merchandise is always exquisite. I've been a regular customer of theirs for over a decade. I wouldn't think of buying any place else.
