This place always seems to be low on staff. And the staff they do have definitely don't like working at an efficient pace. Last three times I've been here 1-2 lanes open out of 4... lines out on the road. GET MOTIVATED PEOPLE!! Update 01/30/21 This place is a huge waste of time! The employees are rude and the drive through lines are usually out to the road. I've been a customer of Park for over 5 years and I'm considering switching to another bank because the lack of customer service in these locations. Avoid this branch if possible!

The staff at this location are all very nice. They are always willing to do whatever I request. Been with them 10 years never had any issues. My wallet was stolen once and someone used my card. They refunded the money hassle free. Thank you for the great service!

Great branch that's open late. Brendon that works here is awesome! The rest of the staff has always been great here also. Definitely reccommend banking here.

Every teller is rude, communication there is horrible and because of an issue with a debit card that was supposed to be canceled, $80 is now lost. Every other Park branch in town is wonderful though.
