I co-own Paradise Title, and would like to respond to the 4 bad reviews, which are all from the same person and/or person's family. The only mistake made was a typo in the street address number on the Warranty Deed. This address is for mailing the tax bill each year to the customer and can be changed anytime by sending in a change of address form. I called the property appraiser's office immediately and had it fixed in there computer system, which is the proper procedure for correcting the mistake. The customer wanted the Warranty Deed re-recorded to reflect the correction, which was not needed. So as you can see the huge mistake made was corrected once it was brought to my attention. We are human and mistakes do happen but this was a minor issue that was corrected immediately.

The worst title company on earth makes mistakes on deeds and then tells u it doesnt matter its just a warranty deed. How stupid can ppl really be to pay ppl who act and conduct business like this and try to screw over the elderly.

People are so friendly and helpful here, wish we could have used them when we bought our last house.

Do not use this company! speaking from a company perspective these people who own this business dont do what they say and then try to make you feel stupid bc all they do is repeat themselves over and over as if thats changing or fixing anything. The company accepted payment so they should do what they were paid to do but i guess with thieves and liars u dont get what u were promised like the corrected paperwork with the correct address on your warranty deed huh. Thats just asking to much huh. Sad to see people scam others out of money they worked hard for and for this title company to not even care about doing good work so they can be proud to put their name on.

I am surprised the police or fbi doesnt convict them for fraud and a few others things. Please go elsewhere i dont want to see anyone go thru whatwe have went thru and then they admit mistake but say they arent going to fix it. I dont know how they look themselves in the mirror
