What can I say Tim and his team members Holly and Brian made purchasing our first home very easy. They took us step by step and explained everything. This was very important to me and my family. The communication between Tim and his team was second to none any and all questions were answered and we had a lot of questions being first time buyers. He was prompt and very helpful. Elise is great! She helped us purchase out first home and is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Since the housing market is so hot we had to have multiple letters from her showing we were receiving funding, she was always quick and helpful getting the letters out. There were no surprises along the way, she led us each step and went over everything in detail. If anything out monthly payment ended up being lower than expected which was a nice bonus. She definitely knows what she is doing, is super friendly and always ready to answer questions. We couldn't have bought our first house without her.

Working with Blake and his team was awesome. It was our first time buying a home and Blake took so much extra time with us to ensure we understood everything. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the best deal. I would 100% recommend working with Blake!

Chad was easy to work with. He made sure we understood what was going on through the entire process. Don Layman was extremely helpful throughout the entire buying and selling process. Overall, my experience was AMAZING! We worked with a great relator here in Utah who got us in contact with Trent.
