Pack Rats Pawn Shop Findlay West Rte, Ottawa

I absolutely love Pack Rats! The staff there are awesome and willing to help with any questions you may have! I have both bought and sold from Pack Rats and they are very fair with their pricing of things either way. I recommend anyone to just stop in and check it out! You won't be disappointed!

I seen a firearm they happen to have in stock that I have been wanting for a while now. I live about two hours from Pack Rat and headed north hoping they still had it. I called while only way when they opened and talked to Brian and told him where I was coming from, he assured me the firearm was still there and he would put it on hold till I arrived. Didn't ask for anything down to put on hold and took me for my word. This don't happen often now a days and was appreciated more then I think Mr. Brian even realized. Thanks again Pack Rat for an outstanding deal, not to mention fair prices in an otherwise over priced market. I would recommend Pack Rat to anyone who reads this.

These guys are great! I am so glad they came to findlay. I was a customer when I worked around defiance. Everytime I go in there, the customer service is great. They have great merchandise and I almost always walk out buying something. I will only buy guns there, I have bought about 7 or so, great selection on anything u could want or need!

This shop has been incredible. I have a working and customer relationship with them and my experience has been a blast. The employees here know what they’re doing, they keep the place cleaned & stocked with quality items and they’re hilarious lol. The shop itself is cleaner than most retail shops around, and fully organized. Even if you don’t think you have a reason to come, you have to stop in. It’s as great of an experience as it is a pawn shop.

These guys are great! Willing to go above and beyond to help with whatever you need! I went in when they were super busy but yet they still made made me feel like I was the only customer in the store! Vince especially was so sweet and knowledgeable. Such a friendly crew!

I spoke with a guy Huston about something I wanted they had I live 2 hours away and held held it for me to get there. They definitely will have my business again the pawn shop is amazing with plenty of good stuff and good prices

This is the absolute best pawn shop I have ever been to. The staff is super nice and they actually give you fair prices. They take such a large variety of items. I made 200 bucks today selling some old stuff I didn't use anymore. I recommend this place to anyone looking to sell or pawn. Hands down the best around.

Pack Rats Findlay, these are some good guys! They are very fair and will work with you. I've bought a couple ladders from them. Quality used products, reasonable prices, held on to them for a day after I bought them so I didn't have to make 2 trips across the county in the same day to get the truck. Thanks guys!
