I would give them six stars if I could but the customer service is top notch. I was looking for something specific and they didnt have it at the time but said they would give me a call if they got it in.... I didnt think they really would but what do you know a week later they gave me a call and I ended up buying the merchandise for a great price. Strongly recommend.

Always an entertaining and fun trip into their shop, with a large inventory very few people leave empty handed.

Excellent service, the gun buying process was simple and stress free. Background check was quick and painless and the staff was super cool. Would visit again for other items such as power tools ,DVDs, and musical stuff as they have an impressive collection.

What a great owner because this place is ran so smoothly. He has an awesome crew to boost it and make all sales possible. They know things from guns, jewelry, games, appliances, cars with so much more they get inside. The prices are never easy to beat and that's why we stay local! Just had a great experience with them. They are friendly and will work with you on prices. We live in Michigan and go to the Defiance store at least monthly. We have bought may items from them and have always been pleased with the service. They take their time with you and don't rush you. They are out to please their customers and we hold them in the highest regards.

I deal with Pack Rats sometimes daily basis. Pack Rats is a local, family owned business. They treat every customer with the same level of service, and respect. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They will continue to get my patronage for the foreseeable future. It's always a great day when I can go to the Pack Rats, and spend a few hundred!

If ya need cash for your stuff bring it in sell it loan it whatever you want they treat you fair. They have some nice guns there. 100% I recommend .

I highly recommend this place. Very nice people. Bought a bow from them and it was missing a piece and took it back and they were able too replace it with a different one. Definitely went out of their way to make sure I left happy and they were happy. And threw in a piece for the bow for nothing.
