The communication between ourselves, the loan officer and processor was clear and with quick response via telephone and email. At the closing of our loan we were out of state on business, both Erddin and Karen coordinated the signing of our closing documents with a local mobile notary. I have known and used Pacific Mortgage Group for 20 years now and can say there is none better. Raeda is the very best in the business. Whether its a multi million dollar property or one in the FHA category, she puts in the same amount of effort and ingenuity to get it done. Being an attorney for 35+ years, I have seen many nightmares in the real estate industry. Raeda and her team is one of the very few you can count on. Many promise, but very few deliver. I am very lucky to have a chance to work with RamZi and Karen on our refinance primary residence 30 year fixed conventional loan. We started out with cold call from Pacific Mortgage Group about refinancing. Being an early retiree with no active income, we have to reply to my wife’s part time para teacher for the loan. She started to work last August 2021. Luckily they count her 6 years of college for the BA and MA schooling. Even then it is still not enough, note we don’t have car loan or other loan with super credit rating. Finally we have to add the rental we had just purchased on 2/25/2022. Though out the process, RamZi especially RamZi was able to lock in the low rate of 3.875% until 4/4/2022. Believe it or not we are just right on the money to close on 4/4/2022. Of course, during the clause, we were struggling with contracts, statement, HOA, homeowner insurance. Aside from all that RamZi and Karen were able to guide me through smoothly. Forgot to tell you, RamZi is in Southern California and we are in Seattle Washington state area. Again I would like to say RamZi and Karen, a nice job well done. I am strongly recommending to my friends and families for the service.
