Fantastic customer service, they really treat you as an individual here, not just a number! Our debit card numbers have been hijacked twice now in the past year, once we found out about it, we called Kathleen or Kathryn (sorry!) & she took care of us right away. Both times we got wiped out & both times within just a few minutes they already had credited our account so we could get back to our lives without worry. I know all banks do this for you, but is usually a process that takes 3 or 4 days. Knowing that they truly care & will take care of us if something ever were to arise again is the reason i stick with him. Great staff, great bank, and they support the community! THANKS!
