Lisa Moore proved excellent at helping me to retrieve a fraudulent withdrawal from my account. Then Lisa helped me set-up a new account plus walked me through every step of the process. The complete customer service experience was not robotic nor mechanical but rather humane and caring as the well-versed banker that she has always been.

Setting up an account here was incredibly easy; Lisa M. had 90% of the process done on her end and after perhaps 15 minutes in the building I was walking out with exactly what I needed. I'm new to banking with a credit union but so far things seem much simpler than had been my experience with my last bank.

I have had my own account with OFCU since 2002. I love the Credit Union and will never go back to a "regular" bank. Wonderful and friendly people to serve your needs.

Lisa was so helpful and made signing up for our checking/visa debit card services quick and easy. She told us about the CardValet which is a great thing to have and keep track of account where cards being used ect.

I honestly don’t even live anywhere near an OFCU anymore but I love this credit union so much that I won’t leave! Even living over an hour away, I have always been able to make any and all transactions easily either using the app, mobile deposits, shared banking, or calling directly. The customer service has been incredibly helpful when shopping for car loans, when I had my identity stolen, when I was buying a house & needed endless documentation from the bank almost daily & most recently when a wrongful charge drained my account. I have always been treated with kindness & patience which is something I very much appreciate.

It was a very pleasant experience today opening a new checking and savings account. Everything was explained very well in simple terms and easy to understand. Questions were answered with a simple direct answer. Setting up my card and then the app on my phone was no problems at all because of the directions I was given. It was a very pleasant experience as well as very professional as well.

OFCU Provided nothing but exceptional service and with a smile. Lisa Moore was amazing. I switched to OFCU in hopes that they would be better than who I had. I won’t mention any names however CK made it impossible to access my own money and didn’t care when I brought it to they’re attention, plus in a time where I needed it the most. That just down out right put a bad taste in my mouth and made me really leery of who to chose. Well I can say I’ve made the right choice from the moment I spoke to Lisa I knew. Started my application online but got my security questions wrong within minutes I got a phone call and and asked if I’d like to come in and finish. I asked is today ok and this is what I got . With closing time approaching fast ( 4:20 pm closing time 5:00pm) for OFCU and without hesitation Lisa said yes. She wasted no time and was very thorough in her process. Explained everything and got me squared away with a new savings and checking account that has amazing features and benefits. Lisa understood my Urgency and honestly cared. I Walked out with debit card in hand. Thank you OFCU and Lisa for making it feel like home.
