This place used to be amazing. Friendly staff who always took the time to help me. Recently it’s gone downhill. I don’t recognize anybody who works there and everybody is cold or has an attitude. Nobody wants to actually work, they seem annoyed when you come in and ask for help.

I am a small business owner who has been impacted by the covid 19 business closure order. I previously did all of my business banking with a large bank I will not name here. Within hours I was contacted by a real person who walked me through the process.
