OUR Credit Union Rochester Rd, Troy

I'm a lending manager for a credit union outside Indianapolis- OUR just helped us take care of one of our members through the shared branching network after another credit union in the area turned her away for a cashier's check she was trying to obtain to buy a car. My LO and I stayed after hours trying to find a solution, someone who could help, and OUR stepped up and agreed to help her/us out- even though it meant it was slightly after closing hours. From us, and on behalf of our member in need, thank you. 💗

Worst bank to work with in my life, we do mistakes and this one add to list of mistakes. Beware you will have very good feel when ur new customer. They don’t know how to handle and retain customers. Staff in Auto loan very rude and need best training available in country. People are supporting each other during pandemic but this bank believes in sucking hard earned money from their customer. I don’t have option of less than 1 Star so forced to give one. Be have safe and keep away from this bank.

We Arrived on a Saturday at 1100am. I needed a document notarized, to open a new account, and my pops in law needed a autobilling issue escalated. We where in the Member Services office within minutes. No cost for the notary. My no fee checking and savings account was a simple and pleasurable process with no pushy sales pitches. The inquiry was handled professionally. Reasonable expectations regarding resolution were set. We walked out the door an hour after we arrived in just as good of a mood as we came in with. I totally recommend OUR Credit Union!

12 Mile, they do not have any experience in dealing with customers, I intend to open an account business, but after watching their dealings not good I leave the bank and go to another bank

Terrible customer service. Impossible to work with. Go to any other credit Union.

Terrible service. Slow, and unable to answer any questions. It somehow keeps getting worst like someone new took over and is just squeezing the business dry. Go to any other credit union because all benefits of a credit union are negated by their practices.

ive had so many problems with them putting my debit card on hold. i dont even know why im even still at this bank to be honest. i saw a payment i did not recognize and i had them put my card on hold. then i found out what the problem was and i called back to have them take the hold off my card. the teller said “okay, i took the hold off your card” yet i still could my card 2 days later. now the bank is closed and i cant use my card and i need gas.

Great location. Call ahead to understand limitations on services when you belong to another affiliated credit union.

The staff is always so helpful and happy to help with anything, especially Wendy. Thanks to all of the staff there.

I love coming here. The people are friendly and i never have a hard time whenever i visit!
