By far worst bank I’ve ever financed through! I paid my car off and was charged $2,771.00 for collateral protection coverage which was wrongfully placed on my loan due to the fact I had coverage through USSA. I also have mail showing that the $2,771 was canceled in full but this money has not be given back to me after I paid $16,700 cash paying my loan in full and after showing for the second time in my loan duration proof of coverage from august, 2021 to February 2022 yet I’m being charged for something I’ve maintained! I’ve called for the past four months trying to get this resolved. I never received a callback from the numerous voicemail and I’m always told that there’s nothing that they can do if the people that are in accounting aren’t available or returning my calls being Sarah Morgan and Carl Anderson Sarah originally talked to me after Carl and told me that what’s going on wasn’t right and we would get it resolved but never heard back and Carl was highly rude and disrespectful from our initially conversation and told me things like the bank takes a percentage of the money they applied to my loan even though I should have never been charged! this is becoming extremely frustrating to be robbed by a bank you trusted with a loan… no one wants to help me or transfer me to a supervisor so this and a lawyer is my last result. I would never recommend anyone to finance through this bank very poor customer service no empathy or support. Mind you I’ve been in the car business for 10 years dealing with insurance and banks and never have had this happen to me or a customer. Highly unacceptable and highly disappointing OCCU photos of cancelation below. It’s a shame how the would treat a military veteran!!!

I’ve had to be out of the country due to unfortunate circumstances for an extended period of time. Every time I ask these folks for help they’re there 100%. They are polite and efficient I love this bank.

Terra helped me with my car loan. She is absolutely amazing!!! She answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. She was patient, caring, super nice and made sure I was comfortable with my loan. I called and emailed her with questions and she answered every time. Thank you Terra!!!

These people made me overdraft when I damn well told them I wanted to make sure that wasn't possible. So apparently I owe them $500.00 dollars for something I don't even know what for. I don't ever spend that much. Not even once. Stay clear of this bank. Warning!

Was fine for awhile but now it’s terrible. Have fraudulent charges on my account they won’t do anything because they have no proof whether it was me or not. Does not make any sense at all and they lost a member.

I have been a member for about 16 years. Wells Fargo would not give me a car loan, but OCCU stepped up & helped me out & now my credit score is over 800. And when u call them, a REAL HUMAN answers the phone!!

I opened up a savings account here back in 2012 after having a bad experience with another bank I banked with for 15 years. I keep a minimum balance of $25 and haven't been charged any hidden fees and even get a little interest each month. They also have an automated banking system so I can pay bills and pay my credit card from my phone which is convenient.

Do not get a lone from these people! They force placed insurance on our vehicle and no matter how many ways I prove to them we have insurance they still have not refunded the premiums. They owe me $365 and I have made 5-6 phone calls, additional chats, spoke with "Allied" who is supposed to manage it and cannot get resolution. I have had it with this outfit!
