Orrstown Bank Professional Ct, Hagerstown

This was 4 th time i went to see my locker but no body asked my id . Thats not professional, & when i was leaving 2 time i asked them why you guys didn’t asked for my id they said we recognized you thats not the Ansar they always forget or they dnt know how to do proper job even if they know someone.. how those boxes are save ?

I wouldnt even give a star if it was an option!! Paid my rent through the bank with them on the 5th which was a saturday, the 11th i get a notice saying my rent was not paid. Went to look at my receipt and it said the 7th! Called in they said everything gets processed on the next business day which would be the 7th. Therefore im getting charged a late fee for them not having the correct dates on the receipt! And at this point they have NO records of me paying my rent! The 14th i get an eviction, i called them back they said they contacted my landlord on the 11th saying that i did paid on the 5th. I asked the woman to send me everything they have (proof i paid and that i paid on the 5th and not the 7th like the receipt says!) To my email address.. Here i am on the 15th. Still no email. All i have is a receipt that isnt even right and an eviction still! Late fees and court fees i have to pay out of pocket for something i didnt even do wrong, THEY DID! Oh and me and my 6 year old might get evicted. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PAY RENT THROUGH THEM OR HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEM AFTER THIS IS OVER!

I am local business owner in hagerstown.. This is one of the best bank i have seen so far.. great service and support to small business..

Experience was wonderful. Personal and like a hometown, small town bank. I switched HELOC Loans due to the 1.99% introductory rate and they were very helpful and understanding of situation and intents. When you enter the lobby, there is a recognition if not always a recollection of your name.

I do all of my banking here, personal and business. The service is fantastic and responsive.
