Oregon State Credit Union Orchard Dr, Dallas

Honestly used to love this credit union until I moved to On Point. Once OSU CU hired a certain person, I closed my accounts. But trying to get ahold of them is impossible. I was really surprised at how much more other credit unions (like On Point) offer. Once I left this bank, I looked back and realized how much they didn't seem to care about their customers.

I have never had this kind of service before with a bank, their professionalism is top notch. They really care about their clients, and want to please you! They can answer any question you have, and won’t make you feel bad for asking questions. I will always recommend this bank to anyone switching banks!

Their staff is pretty friendly when I go into the branch. Problem I have is their website. It does not provide a way to do basic functions that other Credit Unions are able to do; Such as being able to pay additional principle on a loan without having to call in every month, if you don't call in and have a rep. do it for you, it's possible to get charged additional interest on the same payment. It's inconvenient but necessary at this point. Maybe one day their management and IT department will get their act together. If they're going through a third party for their online support, I can only hope they will change their contacts in order to make things a little more proficient.

Great bank - as long as you are OK with everything posting eight and a half hours after the rest of the world, Thursday deposits not clearing until Monday, ATMs not getting pulled until the middle of the day and pretty much every other policy/situation a bank could create through which to ruin their customer's lives. Who the hell posts @ 8:30am!?!?!? A bank that wants to enjoy the exorbitant interest revenue they earn lending MY money another day before I can access it.

Friendly courteous staff, very helpful when it comes to finance and loan information. They actually seem to care about their customers, and treat them like people. They offer low interest on a variety of loan options.

New in the community and visited this branch to open an account. I entered branch masked up as required and waited for my turn. As I encountered the representative she asked me to remove mask and hat for a picture to be taken. I was a bit taken back but granted her wishes. As I put my mask back on and hat she again told me to remove my hat or either turn it around backwards. I called BS and turned around and departed. Customer service was not up to par. I understand we are in challenging times but this was deplorable to say the least. This person needs customer service adjustment. Not sure how they get 4.1 stars but good luck..I appreciate the manager reaching out but to be clear I did not or ever plan on opening an account there. Again Good Luck

Poor customer service. I tried to do a shared coop deposit and the teller refused to do my banking transaction. I called my primary bank and they were shocked to hear that this bank would not do a simple coop deposit. I was charged a 35 dollar overdraft fee because this bank wouldn’t honor the shared coop banking system. I just moved to the Dallas area and I will open an account at another bank rather than his one. You should learn how to take better care of your customers. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Just called my credit union because I was having difficulty depositing checks at OSU credit union. They are so awesome and serve the community well, but... Oregon State credit union is terrible. They refuse to serve anyone who does not have an account with them but expect other credit unions to serve their customers (shared branching). They want me to travel to Idaho so I can deposit two checks!!! How is that serving Dallas, Oregon? They want to blame it all on Covid19. I blame it on poor service.

Went to take out MY cash from my bank account at Oregon State Credit Union today, waited in line in the drive-through for 45 MINUTES, asked to get my money out so I use it for a private party sale. THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! They will ONLY give up to $2500 per day OF YOUR MONEY. I was OBVIOUSLY super upset, and there was "nothing they could do for me". Right as I was getting ready to leave, another person drove up and wanted to cash his check. He had the same issue! HE COULDN'T EVEN CASH HIS CHECK! CLOSING THIS HORRIBLE BANK ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!

Great place for friendly people in a positive environment. I've been banking care for years and never had a problem.
